I am a 28-year old, Minnesota born, dog dad of two. I live in arguably the best city in the world (Chicago) and currently a Tier X coach at Equinox.
I got into fitness back in middle school, honestly because I wanted to look good. After over a decade of pouring my heart and soul into this, I found that looking better is a byproduct to everything else fitness has to offer.
When you use fitness to enhance your life and drive you towards your infinite potential, your life becomes a lot better.
Fitness is such a valuable tool to take you from where you are to where you want to go in any aspect of life. Together, we can accomplish more than you knew possible inside and outside of the gym.
